  1、原料:茯苓60克,雞肉200克,面皮子200克,生姜5克,蔥30克,鹽6克,味精2克,麻油30毫升。

  2、制作:茯苓洗淨加清水煮湯,過濾去渣。将雞肉洗淨,切肉茸,以雞肉茸、生姜、蔥、鹽麻油拌餡,以面皮子裹成馄饨狀,将茯苓放入湯中煮熟,加鹽、味精調味即成。
