  1、大紅薯4個,白砂糖50g,豌豆粉200g 。

  2、準備紅薯4個,削皮,放入電飯煲蒸熟

  3、紅薯蒸熟後,拿出切片

  4、放入少量豌豆粉、白砂糖,揉成粉團,十分費力,也是這道菜重要的步驟

  5、搓成小團狀,放入熱油鍋中滾炸,一般用中火,炸熟後撈出,瀝油。

  6、油幹後,擺盤即可。
