  1、材料:牛肝250克,大棗50克。

  2、牛肝洗淨、切塊;大棗去核洗淨,與牛肝一齊放入砂煲内,加清水适量、武火煮沸後,改用文火煲1至2小時,調味供用。

  3、牛肝大棗湯用于血虛引起的頭昏、眼花、心悸、神疲乏力、面色萎黃等症。
