  1、海鮮味烤醬汁:蚝油,黑椒汁,高湯(筒子骨湯或者牛肉湯),雞精,鹽,白砂糖6克,胡椒粉8克,美極鮮味汁,老抽,蒜蓉,姜米,蔥花,香油,雞油。

  2、制法:将雞油燒熱,爆香蒜蓉、姜米、蔥花,下入上述調料小火炒勻即可。
