  1、将草魚去内髒清洗幹淨,在魚的身上切成井字,塗上鹽稍腌制一會兒,蔥、姜、蒜洗淨切成末,香菇洗淨切成絲,豬裡脊肉切成絲。

  2、坐鍋點火放入大量油,油至六成熱時,将整條魚放入鍋中炸至兩面金黃色撈出瀝幹油。

  3、坐鍋點火,鍋内留餘油,倒入蔥末、姜末、蒜末、香菇絲、肉絲翻炒,加入鹽、雞精、白糖、草魚、生抽、胡椒粉、香油,稍焖一會兒,勾薄芡出鍋即可。
