  1、用料:元江蘆荟200g、油1湯匙(15ml)、鹽1茶匙(5g)、白醋2茶匙(10ml)、白砂糖1茶匙(5g)、熟芝麻适量。

  2、蘆荟去外皮取淨肉,切成小條,用開水迅速氽燙,瀝幹水分。

  3、大火加炒鍋中的油,把蘆荟條入鍋爆炒1分鐘。

  4、調入鹽、白砂糖和白醋炒勻即離火。裝盤後,撒熟芝麻即成。
