  1、食材:冬蟲草5條,赤肉3兩,蒸餾水。

  3、先把冬蟲草放在水裡浸約十分鐘,然後洗幹淨,放入炖盅内。

  4、把肉蓉放入炖盅,加蒸餾水和适量的鹽,然後把炖盅密封,用猛火炖約4小時即可。
