  1、主料:肉皮一塊。

  2、輔料:鹽适量、醬油适量、蚝油适量、雞精适量、香醋适量、辣椒油适量。

  3、肉皮涼水下鍋煮開,撈出去除油脂,切成條。

  4、在冷水下鍋煮一會,要不涼了太硬。

  5、根據自己的喜好放入調料就可以了。
