  1、原料:羊肉500克,生姜250克,當歸150克,胡椒面2克,蔥50克,料酒20克,鹽3克。

  2、當歸,生姜用清水洗淨,切成大片。待用。

  3、羊肉去骨,剔去筋膜,入沸水濾去血水,撈出晾涼,切成5厘米長、2厘米寬、1厘米厚的條。待用。

  4、沙鍋中摻入清水适量,将切好的羊肉、當歸、生姜放入鍋内,旺火燒沸後,打去浮沫,改用炆火炖1小時,羊肉熟透即成。
