  1、用剪刀将香菜剪成小段;大蒜葉洗淨切短;豇豆切段,入開水鍋,加一勺鹽,燒開。

  2、瀝幹的蔬菜入烤箱,上下火100℃,熱風循環,中途勤翻一下,烤箱門留一條縫,讓水蒸氣揮發。

  3、胡蘿蔔切片烘幹;烘幹好的大蒜葉;烘幹好的香菜葉。
