  1、雞蛋用“錫紙”包裹著(啞面向外,且要留少許空位),放在深盅内,加水至蓋過蛋面,蓋上蓋子,用高火煮8分锺,便成半生熟蛋。

  2、8分锺後,不再加熱,但仍讓雞蛋放于爐中,待5分锺後才取出,便成全熟蛋。

  3、在一碗内注滿四分之三清水,把雞蛋打破,倒在水中,在蛋白處刺數孔,用中火加熱3分锺,放置5分锺,便成半生熟浸蛋。用中火加熱半分锺,便成八成熟的浸蛋。
