  1、将臘肉和香菇切成小丁,芹菜切末備用。

  2、油條切薄片後,回炸至酥脆,再取出堆放在盤中墊底備用。

  3、豆腐切成厚片,先放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃,再切成小丁備用。

  4、取一個碗,倒入醬油、糖、胡椒粉和3大匙水拌勻成為綜合調味料備用。

  5、起一鍋,先炒香香菇,再放入洋菇、臘肉、玉米粒和豆腐丁炒幹,起鍋前撒入芹菜末炒勻,盛在油條上,最後撒上松子并且淋入綜合調味料,再撒上香菜末,食用時以生菜包着享用即可完成。
