  1、材料:鮮蝦300g,五花肉餡100g,料酒3大勺,鹽少許,蛋清1個,澱粉2勺,蔥花少許。

  2、鮮蝦剝殼,去掉蝦線,洗淨。用刀背剁碎。蝦肉和肉餡放在小盆裡,加入适量鹽、料酒順着一個方向攪拌。

  3、再加入蛋清攪拌上勁後加入蔥花、澱粉,繼續攪拌。

  4、用勺子整形就可以了。做好的鮮蝦滑可以做湯,涮火鍋,也可以速凍起來備用。
