  1、紫菜10克,豬瘦肉50克,清湯300克,蔥姜末共10克,濕澱粉20克,香油、味精、醋各适量。

  2、紫菜放入盛清水的容器中,浸漬回軟,漂洗去雜質,撈出控淨水。豬瘦肉斬成米茸狀,加清水、精鹽攪勻。

  3、鍋上火,加入清湯、精鹽、味精和攪拌的肉茸末,燒至八成開時加紫菜,用濕澱粉勾芡,加蔥姜末、醋,淋入香油即成。
