  1、用料:海帶150克,白蘿蔔300克,雞肉絲适量,大頭菜半個,酒50毫升,鹽、胡椒、醬油、醋各少許。

  2、制法:将白蘿蔔去皮,切成片。将大頭菜去皮,切成塊狀。将海帶切成細片。将白蘿蔔、大頭菜、海帶放入鍋内,加鹽同煮湯,在湯中加少許醋,再加雞肉絲、胡椒、酒、醬油即成。
