  1、香菇水發後洗淨,用開水焯燙,撈出瀝幹水分,青椒洗淨、去籽、切塊;

  2、鍋内用少許植物油,放入香菇、鹽、糖、雞精、醬油燒入味,淋麻油裝盤的中間;

  3、鍋内用少許植物油煸炒青椒塊,加調味料入味後,盛出,放在香菇周圍。
