  1、主料:雞蛋(2個)、胡蘿蔔(少許)、饅頭(2個);輔料:鹽(少許)、油(少許)、辣椒粉(少許)、孜然,蔥花(少許)。

  2、做法步驟:饅頭切丁,胡蘿蔔,蔥,切絲,雞蛋打撒。

  3、饅頭倒入雞蛋液裡均勻裹上雞蛋液,平底鍋倒油,把饅頭丁慢慢煎黃,酥脆。

  4、倒入胡蘿蔔,蔥,撒孜然粉,鹽,辣椒粉,翻炒入味。

  5、裝盤。
