  1、豆腐500克、豬肉50克、胡蘿蔔50克、鹽20克、蔥花10克、五香粉5克、醬油30毫升、澱粉20克。

  2、做法:将肉、胡蘿蔔切碎粒,蔥切蔥花。加入豆腐搗碎,調入鹽、五香粉、醬油、水澱粉攪拌均勻。

  3、撚成直徑約3厘米的丸子。油燒熱(下筷子冒泡為準),下油鍋炸至金黃色。撈出裝盤即可。
