  1、蝦仁解凍後,清洗幹淨,攢幹水份。将蝦仁剁碎,不要剁的太碎。加入蔸,姜,鹽,味精。加入适量面粉,水,攪拌。

  2、起鍋,放油,多點油,油六七分熱,擠丸子,小火炸熟,丸子飄上來,用勺子輕敲,有空聲,就熟了,出鍋,裝盤!
