  1、準備材料:時蔬西葫蘆200克、雞蛋150克、鹽4克、味精2克、大蔥10、克植物油30克;

  2、雞蛋打散加鹽、味精攪勻;

  3、炒鍋熱油,雞蛋放入鍋内炒熟待用;

  4、鍋内熱油,放入蔥花炒香,西葫蘆下鍋翻炒,加鹽調味;

  5、西葫蘆炒熟時加入雞蛋翻勻出鍋。
