  1、主料:低筋面粉140克、雞蛋2個、牛奶100克。

  2、輔料:玉米澱粉20克、泡打粉5克。

  3、容器裡敲入雞蛋和細砂糖,用手動打蛋器攪打均勻。

  4、依次加入食用油和牛奶,分别攪拌均勻。

  5、篩入低筋面粉、玉米澱粉和泡打粉,拌勻。

  6、雞蛋仔模具預熱,倒入适量面糊,加熱完成後即可食用。
