用料:墨魚丸200g、紫菜2片、蝦米1兩、料酒20ml、油、鹽适量。

1、紫菜洗淨瀝幹水分備用。

2、蝦米洗淨瀝幹水分,油熱後放入鍋中爆炒。

3、加入紫菜和墨魚丸繼續翻炒。

4、炒熟後倒入适量料酒和鹽調味即可。
