  1、把幹香菇充分泡發洗淨擠幹水,起油鍋爆香蒜片,下香菇炒炒焖焖。再放青椒炒到斷生,加鹽和少許生抽起鍋。

  2、原材料切一切。鍋中放入開水,放入香菇焯一分鐘撈出,瀝幹水分備用。鍋中放油放入蒜片和姜片,炒出香味。放入香菇大火翻炒。再放入黃瓜片,調入鹽和雞粉。臨出鍋淋入少許香油即可。
