  1、豬骨山藥湯原料:豬脊骨适量、山藥适量、嫩玉米适量、桂皮适量、生姜适量、香葉适量、枸杞适量、精鹽适量。

  2、做法:豬脊骨洗淨,用刀斬成小塊。把豬脊骨焯水,去血沫撈出備用。砂鍋裡添足水,放入豬脊骨、姜片、桂皮、香葉大火煮開後改小火炖制。嫩玉米切成小塊。砂鍋煮30分鐘後倒入嫩玉米塊,小火繼續炖制。山藥去皮,切滾刀塊。把山藥塊倒入砂鍋。灑入枸杞。調入适量精鹽,小火煮10分鐘即可。
