剝皮魚粳米粥

  1、粳米洗淨,用冷水浸泡好,放入鍋中,加入約1000毫升冷水,用旺火燒沸後,改用小火慢煮;大頭菜、香菜、大蔥均切成末;姜洗淨切絲。

  2、将魚皮剝去,去掉内髒洗淨,拌入鹽,放入炒鍋中煎香後,加入适量冷水将魚煮熟,取出魚肉,用适量植物油和生抽拌勻。

  3、魚骨再放入炒鍋,熬煮成魚湯後棄骨放入粥鍋同煮。

  4、待粥成時放入魚肉,再沸後下入大頭菜粒、香菜、蔥末和姜絲,即可出鍋。
