  1、食材:大米一小把,上海青4棵,姜1片,鹽2克,雞精2克,香油小半勺。

  2、砂鍋放上大半鍋水,一小把米,蓋上鍋蓋中火煮15分鐘。

  3、生姜切末,青菜切絲。

  4、粥快煮好的時候,先将生姜放入,蓋上鍋蓋煮兩分鐘。關火,放入青菜,再蓋上鍋蓋焖兩分鐘,加鹽,雞精,香油即可起鍋。
