用料:面粉、溫水。

做法:

1、用溫水把面粉和成團,放到一邊用布蓋着醒個十五分鐘,後和光滑。

2、壓中間,從中壓透,拉揉成圓繩型。

3、切斷揉到2.5厘米左右。

4、切成一個個長2.5厘米。

5、撒上面粉,再一個個壓扁。

6、擀成圓皮即可。
