  1、虎皮蛋糕:牛奶120ml、色拉油120ml、低粉104g、澱粉30g泡打粉4g;混合均勻。

  2、蛋黃160g。蛋清360ml,糖200g塔塔粉6g鹽1.5g打發至七成發。

  3、上火180下火160烤20分鐘,蛋黃30個糖200克低粉80克攪拌均勻,上下火220烤4-5分鐘。

  4、切成四份,蛋糕胚放虎皮上,用擀面杖油紙卷起來,這樣就做好了。
