  1、食材:青菜、大蒜。将大蒜、青菜分别洗淨,切好備用。

  2、熱鍋中倒一點油,把切好的大蒜倒入油中。聞到蒜香後,将切好的青菜倒入。

  3、加一點水,蓋上鍋蓋焖一會兒,大火持續3分鐘後,放鹽、雞精進去,翻炒均勻。大火收汁後,立即出鍋,味道很鮮很美。
