  1、面粉裡加酵母粉、白糖,分次加入開水,邊加邊攪拌,沒有幹面粉時用手揉成面團,倒食用油繼續揉搓,蓋上蓋子發酵。

  2、準備油酥,發酵好的面塊撒幹面粉,擀成大面皮,均勻抹上油酥,将面皮從一個方向卷成面卷,分成若幹個面劑子,兩頭捏緊揉成面餅。

  3、兩面刷點食用油,粘上白芝麻,放在油鍋裡煎,兩三分鐘左右翻面,蓋上蓋子5分鐘,出鍋裝盤即可。
