  1、蔥姜蒜切片備用。花鲢魚一條,去除内髒清洗幹淨,斬成三段。鍋内入油。

  2、油七成熱時爆香蔥姜蒜片,記住不要全放上,留少許備用。花鲢魚小心放在鍋中過油,兩面都稍煎一下。鍋内倒入清水,沒過魚即可,随之灑上剩餘的蔥姜蒜片,中火炖至40分鐘。
