  1、備好臭豆腐,打開後倒出裡面的汁水,再用流動水沖洗後瀝幹水分。切成小塊,備好甜面醬和辣椒醬。

  2、熱鍋倒入油,油溫5分下入臭豆腐,炸至表皮兩面微黃,撈起。

  3、等油溫十分熱的時候再入鍋炸至金黃,撈起控油即可。蘸甜面醬吃風味更佳,喜歡辣的蘸辣椒醬。
