  1、食材:白菜300克。蝦仁30克。菜油30克、蔥5克、鹽2克、味精0.5克、胡椒粉1克、豆粉10克。

  2、将鮮白菜洗淨,放入沸水中氽一下,立即撈起,晾冷,切成3厘米長的節。蝦仁洗淨。

  3、将炒勺置武火燒熱,加入菜油燒熱,下蝦仁炒黃,将白菜放入,加鹽、蔥稍煮,再加入和勻的味精、胡椒粉、水豆粉,翻炒幾下,起鍋裝盤即成。
