冬陰功湯的做法

  1、食材:冬陰功醬1.5大匙、新鮮大蝦、鮮草菇、良姜、香茅草、青檸檬、薄荷葉、香葉、紅椒、魚露、橄榄油、椰奶、少許鹽

  2、蝦、草菇洗淨,紅椒、香茅、良姜洗淨切碎,青檸檬切片;

  3、起油鍋,将大蝦放入橄榄油中,炒至粉紅色;

  4、原鍋加水6杯,再加1匙鹽及兩匙椰奶,将香茅碎、紅椒碎、青檸檬片、薄荷葉及香葉放入水中,煮沸;

  5、放入草菇,慢火煮3~4分鐘,加入魚露及鮮檸檬汁調味後即可出鍋,然後再放置冰箱過3-4分鐘便可。
