  1、準備蛤一斤左右,蔥,姜,蒜,辣椒、豉醬、辣醬各一匙,料酒一匙,太白粉水少許。

  2、蔥,姜,蒜切末,辣椒切片;

  3、油一大匙燒開,放進蔥花、姜、蒜蓉、辣椒片爆香;

  4、加入蛤、豉醬、辣醬、料酒,上蓋焖煮至蛤開口,用太白粉水勾薄芡即可。
