  1、将牛腩肉洗淨,放入沸水鍋内煮至斷生,撈出。 、

  2、瀝水後的牛肉切成小方塊,每塊重約20克。

  3、炒鍋用中火燒熱,下油,放入蒜、姜、豆瓣醬爆香,下牛腩略煸,煮黃酒,加二湯、老抽、生抽、精鹽、白糖、八角末、陳皮末,煮約2分鐘。

  4、即轉入砂鍋,加蓋,用小火焖約80分鐘至軟爛,撒上胡椒粉,淋上香油即成。
