  1、基本材料:鮮牛腩200克、冬菇10克、生姜10克、蔥10克。調味料:花生油50克、鹽10克、味精8克、白糖3克、胡椒粉少許、麻油5克、濕生粉20克、清湯50克、老抽王。

  2、牛腩切塊、冬菇切片、姜切片、蔥切段。

  3、燒鍋下油,放入姜片、冬菇、牛腩煸炒至幹水時待用。

  4、再注入清湯,調入鹽、味精、白糖、胡椒粉,用小火燒酥,汁濃時加入蔥段,用濕生粉勾芡,淋入麻油即可。
