  1、材料:牛排,番茄,黃油,黑胡椒,生菜。

  2、平底鍋燒熱,加入黃油;

  3、油燒熱時,放入牛排;

  4、将牛排兩面煎黃,撒上黑胡椒,繼續煎;

  5、煎至七分熟,盛入盤中;

  6、用餘油煎番茄片,約兩分鐘,關火,盛入盤中;

  7、将用水燙過的生菜放入盤中即可食用。
