  1、主料:紅蘿蔔1斤(約600克),馬蹄1/2斤(約300克),杏仁1兩(約40克),陳皮2片,清水10杯。

  2、紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊,馬蹄去皮;杏仁洗淨,瀝幹水分;陳皮浸軟,去白筋。

  3、清水放入一大煲内煮滾,加入所有材料,加蓋,用慢火煲約3小時,飲用時無需加鹽。
