  1、原料:蕃茄,豬肝,姜,香菜。

  2、腌料:姜汁半匙、酒半匙、油半匙、太白粉半匙、醬油一匙。

  3、做法如下:

  ⑴蕃茄洗淨切片。

  ⑵豬肝洗淨切薄片,加入腌料腌十分鐘。

  ⑶将鍋燒熱後,下油半匙爆香蕃茄及姜片,加适量水滾十五分鐘,放入豬肝煲煮,下調味料拌勻,放上香菜即可。
