  1、材料:百葉2張,香菜5棵,鹽1/2小匙,味精少許,麻油1小匙。

  2、百葉洗淨,切成絲備用;香菜洗淨後用涼開水再沖洗一下,切成小段備用。

  3、小鍋中加水煮沸,放入百葉絲氽2分鐘,漏勺撈出,濾幹水分。

  4、百葉絲中加鹽、味精、麻油拌勻,最後放入香菜段拌勻即可。
