  1、廣式腸粉是用粘米粉、小麥面粉、粟米粉做成,其中粘米粉:小麥面粉:粟米粉:水的比例大概是10:1:2:30。

  2、用白紗布鋪在腸粉爐上,倒下200公克的腸粉漿,并将内餡以一字形鋪在腸粉漿上,加蓋蒸3分鐘取出,趁熱卷成長條形,用刀切成3段後放在小盤子上,淋上醬汁即可食用。
