  1、準備姜片、蔥末、蒜片、芹菜段、香幹條、胡蘿蔔絲、綠豆芽。

  2、清水煮沸,加入芹菜、香幹、綠豆芽焯水30秒。

  3、鍋中倒入食用油,放入蔥、姜、蒜,大火爆香。

  4、倒入豆芽、胡蘿蔔絲、芹菜、香幹。

  5、加雞粉、鹽、十三香、生抽,翻炒均勻,盛出即可。
