  1、蛤蜊洗淨,加鹽和香油吐淨泥沙。

  2、熱水汆燙,去殼取肉。

  3、準備好幹辣椒絲、姜絲、洋蔥切片,韭菜和蒜苔切段。

  4、鍋中熱油,倒入洋蔥翻炒,并加一勺豆瓣醬翻炒上色。

  5、倒入蛤蜊肉翻炒,加入鹽、糖,炒均勻。

  6、倒入蒜苔韭菜,加少許清水,翻炒斷生,淋入蒸魚豉油翻拌均勻即可。
