孜然炒肉的家常做法

  1、牛肉洗淨切絲。

  2、用料酒、澱粉、孜然粉、少許色拉油和水将肉絲腌制片刻。

  3、青椒洗淨切細絲,蔥切碎,姜切絲備用。

  4、待鍋中油溫熱即放入腌制好的肉絲滑開,肉絲變色後加少許老抽翻炒均勻盛出備用。

  5、鍋中放少許油爆香蔥碎、姜片和幹辣椒,放入青椒絲後加少許鹽,翻炒均勻即放入肉絲,然後依次加入孜然粉、辣椒粉和少許辣椒油翻炒均勻即可出鍋。
