  1、主料:銀耳(幹)15克,枸杞子5克,茉莉花10克,鹽2克,味精1克,料酒3克,姜汁5克,豌豆澱粉5克。

  2、水發銀耳擇洗幹淨,撕成小片,用清水浸泡;茉莉花摘去花蒂,洗淨,放入盤中;枸杞子洗淨備用;澱粉加水适量調勻成水澱粉備用。

  3、湯鍋放在火上,放入清湯,加入料酒、姜汁、精鹽、味精,下入銀耳、枸杞燒沸,撇去浮沫,勾薄芡,盛入湯碗内,撒上茉莉花即成。
