  1、蔥兩顆,蝦米100g,醋少許,芝麻油。味極鮮少許。

  2、洗幹淨小蔥,小蔥切斜片,建議多用蔥白,少用蔥葉,更為美味。

  3、蝦米用溫開水,沖洗一下,放涼。

  4、蔥片與蝦米混合,調入味極鮮,少量醋、香油拌勻即可。
