  1、材料:蓮子、豬肚、花生、地瓜粉、雞精、生鹽、醋;

  2、先将買回來的豬肚用地瓜粉和醋清洗幹淨;

  3、将豬肚和姜片加水一起入鍋裡煮;

  4、中途翻次身;

  5、将煮開的豬肚撈出,過下涼水;

  6、然後用刀子将白苔刮去;

  7、接着将豬肚切成細長條;

  8、蓮子掰開切中間的籽,洗淨;

  9、往鍋裡加水,倒入洗淨的的蓮子;

  10、放入豬肚條;

  11、再倒入一杯洗淨的花生;

  12、加入适量生鹽和雞精,按下20分鐘的鍵即可。
