豬小肚煮粥的正确方法

  1、材料:粳米250克、豬小肚1具、白果150克、馬蹄4個、鹽、油、蔥各适量。

  2、将米洗淨,用少許鹽拌腌,鍋内清水燒開時下米煮。

  3、白果去殼、去衣、去心。馬跨切成片。

  4、先把白果,馬蹄同放入粥内煮,再把豬小肚除去油脂,剖開,用少許鹽、澱粉揉搓,沖洗幹淨後,在沸水内費一燙,撈出清洗幹淨,切小件,放入鍋内同煮,食用可撒入蔥粒調味。
