  1、材料:小米、白蘿蔔半個、陳皮一小片、油麥菜1顆、香菜1顆、鹽。

  2、白蘿蔔去皮切絲,陳皮泡軟切碎,油麥菜洗淨切段,香菜切碎。

  3、鍋内熱水,放入小米與陳皮同煮,20分後加入白蘿蔔絲煮5分,再加入油麥菜煮5分,加适量鹽,關火,撒上香菜碎即可,白蘿蔔煮小米粥就做好了。
